Invoice and offline signed license for environments that cannot reach the commercial API.

We issue signed license JSON for paste-activate. Dual-control and SLA terms are available on request. Cluster telemetry never leaves the air-gap as a condition of unlock.

    Contact partners with estate size, air-gap constraints, and desired tier (Pro / Team / Enterprise).

  2. 2 · Invoice & dual-control

    Commercial terms and dual-control contacts agreed out-of-band. No cluster telemetry required to unlock.

  3. 3 · Signed license JSON

    We issue offline SignedLicense for paste-activate — not a browser private key.

  4. 4 · Activate on the Mac

    Settings → License → paste. Same Safe Ops UX as online; docs: /docs/latest/license/offline.

A different track from offline licensing: design partners get a bi-weekly call with the team building Concord, early access to Pro features before general availability, and input into the Safe Ops and Kubernetes roadmap — in exchange for honest feedback on real (anonymized) scenarios.
